The Micro Trauma Kit NOW!™ - NANO ES by Blue Force Gear®
The MTKN! – Nano Emergency Service is slightly larger than the original Nano but with the same capacity of the Micro Trauma Kit NOW! It features rapid single-hand access by simply pulling the BLIP pull tab to remove the insert and access the medical supplies. With the ability to mount vertically or horizontally on a belt or MOLLE platform, it’s comfortably small with full trauma kit capabilities.
Carry it in conjunction with a tourniquet and you can address the number one cause of trauma related death – bleeding. Compatible with NANO medical supply refill kits available separately or custom filled depending on department requirements.
Trauma Kit Supplies | IFAK
The MTKN! – Nano ES is a compact trauma kit with full size capabilities. Designed to hold the same fill levels as the Micro Trauma Kit NOW! (currently sold on this page), the Nano ES is available with Essentials, PRO, and Advanced supplies or without medical supplies. The Nano 02 is the smallest “full” med kit in the BFG product line. Purchase a “filled” kit to get the greatest functionality or select an empty pouch for full customization. See instructions at bottom of page for fill instructions.
Vertical and Horizontal Belt Mount
The MTKN! – Nano ES has two mounting options – slots for a duty belt or MOLLE-compatible straps. The Belt mount features a simple, lightweight, and durable way to quickly attach the Nano ES to any duty belt or pants belt 2” or smaller. Constructed out of ULTRAcomp high-performance coated fabric laminate, the backer offers a stiff yet low-profile and reliable mounting solution for either horizontal or vertical carry.
Vertical and Horizontal MOLLE Mount
The MTKN! – Nano ES is available in two attachment / wear methods – the belt method shown above or a MOLLE-compatible attachment system. The MOLLE backer features BFG’s two-way Helium Whisper attachment system that allows for pouch mounting both vertically and horizontally. The patented Helium Whisper attachment system is the lightest and strongest MOLLE style attachment system available and is the choice of the most elite professionals.
