Blue Force Gear, Inc. (“Blue Force Gear”) warrants that its products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the Product. The “lifetime” of the Product shall be limited to a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, as long as the original end user purchaser owns the Product. Because Blue Force Gear cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Blue Force Gear or a Blue Force Gear authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Blue Force Gear reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
If a valid claim is made under this limited warranty and, Blue Force Gear will repair or replace a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product in the event Blue Force Gear is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
Any Product believed to be defective as covered by this limited warranty may not be returned for warranty service without prior authorization from Blue Force Gear. Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect should call 1-877-430-2583 or email Sales@blueforcegear.com for issuance of a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that you will be required to provide a description of any claimed defect(s) and a dated proof of purchase from Blue Force Gear or the Blue Force Gear authorized dealer from which the Product was purchased to verify warranty eligibility. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Product (at your expense), proof of purchase, and RMA number to:

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
