Small Medical Kit for Trauma Injuries
The Trauma Kit NOW! - SMALL is a medical kit that holds all the necessary full-size lifesaving med supplies in the smallest footprint possible. Designed to hold all the lifesaving components of an issue IFAK kit following the MARCH protocol it has space for Massive bleeding, Airway, Respiratory, Circulation and Hypothermia treatment components.
The TKN! - SMALL medical pouch has two parts: the SHINGLE, which can be removed instantly by pulling up on the BLIP equipped handle, and the outer POUCH which attaches with the Helium Whisper Attachment System. This design allows for high-speed access to the inner contents while ensuring the pouch stays secure on your gear when not being used. Unlike other tactical medical kits on the market, you don’t have to choose between speed of access versus security of your medical gear.
Tactical Medical Kit Fill Levels - Options
The Trauma Kit NOW! - SMALL is offered with three medical supply levels and also as an empty pouch for those who wish to design their own load out. The TKN!-SMALL can be purchased with ESSENTIALS, PRO, and ADVANCED fill levels. ESSENTIALS (as one would guess from the name), is a basic tactical medical kit for the user with minimal training and is primarily outfitted for bleeding control. The PRO has the components of the ESSENTIALS while also offering a pair of chest seals. The ADVANCED option adds a Nasal Airway and a chest Decompression Needle.
Trauma Medical Pouch? IFAK Kit? Other? You decide.
In addition to the offered fill levels, the TKN!-SMALL medical pouch can be purchased empty to accommodate those already issued an IFAK kit allowing the user to utilize their issued medical components in a superior trauma pouch if desired.
High Speed Access to Med Supplies
The Trauma Kit NOW! line was built around the concept of security and high speed access to med supplies. With no zippers, buttons or side release buckles to fumble with in an emergency or when your hands are wet with blood. The shingle insert handle has a Ball Loaded Index Point (BLIP™) for tactile identification without the need to look at the pouch. The BLIP™ allows for the medical contents to be deployed easily with gloved hands in cold, dark, or wet environments.
MOLLE Med Pouch with a Modern Attachment System
The Trauma Kit NOW! - SMALL attaches like any other MOLLE med pouch but is better because of its Helium Whisper Attachment System that offers up to 40% weight savings over a traditional attachment system. Traditional MOLLE backings have dozens of sewn on parts (which break) and metal buttons that can become secondary frag. The UltraComp construction of the Helium Whisper system eliminates these disadvantages.

Essential Medical Supplies
The ESSENTIALS Fill Level has just what you need to address the #1 cause of traumatic death - BLEEDING. Designed for those who have a minimal level or no medical training, the medical components in the ESSENTIALS fill allow for bleeding control and hypothermia prevention. Most people don’t realize that hypothermia often follows a traumatic injury and can cause death. It is always best to include a primary tourniquet with a trauma kit for life threatening bleeding from an extremity. The tourniquet should be carried separately from the trauma kit so that it is readily available to the provider in case they are injured and have to self-apply the tourniquet.

Bear Claw Ultimate Nitrile gloves are made of 100% Nitrile material (NO LATEX). Design includes textured fingertips to help with fine motor skills, beaded cuffs for quick and easy donning and a thickened palm for durability and reliability. The pair of gloves are rolled/ folded and wrapped with a paper “napkin ring” that makes the form factor of the gloves better for some kit configurations.

PRO Medical Supplies
Designed primarily for First Responders, the PRO version is equipped to treat life threatening bleeding while bridging the time gap between injury and arrival of advanced medical providers. Paired with a tourniquet, the PRO kit allows for treatment of extremity and junctional bleeding with a minimal amount of training. Usually belt worn in the small of the back, the PRO contents were selected to allow the flattest configuration possible for those long shifts seated in a vehicle. The PRO fill includes QuikClot Combat Gauze LE which requires medical approval for purchase.
