The Patented Vickers Padded Sling combines with the tactical sling capability of the Vickers Sling with the added comfort of a padded rear section. The 2” inline pad doesn’t move up or down the sling and is made from closed cell foam that won’t separate or gain water weight. The front section with the Quick Adjuster allows the user to instantly lengthen and shorten the sling - quickly transitioning from a “hands-free” carry to a shooting position with a simple pull of the Adjuster.

Nylon Hardware: The all new Nylon Hardware version features all newly designed DuPont Zytel® nylon - which is lighter, stronger, and more flexible than traditional plastic sling hardware. The majority of the BFG slings shipped to the US Military feature Nylon Hardware.
Metal Hardware: The Metal Hardware version of the Vickers Padded Sling features a machined aluminum Adjuster that is hardcoat anodized matte black and combined with phosphated steel trigldides. The Metal Hardware slings provide more strength than will ever be needed in a weapon sling - perfect for those apocalypse guns and the “all metal” type of shooters.

This is my favorite duty sling. Its loose where you need it and easily adjustable on the fly.
The only sling I will ever own, It’s simply the best and extremely functional and practical.
My daily walk is usually 5K with two German Shorthair Pointers. My engagements have been coyotes and skunks (one snake really close) off hand 50 - 100 yards. This sling absolutely saves my shoulder (walk way more than shoot) and steadies my aim. Since there is usually nothing to brace on and standing is necessary to shoot over the GSP's, this sling is a great help. Made in USA!!
Super happy with the sling works great and easy to adjust the length. I would recommend getting the steel hardware, no doubt this will last a while!!!!
I’m a Border Patrol Agent, and use a Vickers padded sling daily. I have been using this sling for several years and nothing else beats it. My home defense rifles also wear Vickers slings. They’re comfortable and easy to manipulate under stress.
Bought this with the QD Sling Swivel and they’re great quality products. Sturdy, and exactly what I was looking for to complete my M1A CQB setup. To address some negative comments: when you order, it’s likely your order status may sit in “processed” status, or something to that effect, for a few days. Don’t fret over that, and just call the customer service line as it’s likely being processed through the plant as mine was and they’ll tell you over the phone exactly what’s going on. Mine was in this status for a few days so I got concerned, so just pick up the phone and call them. Great product and customer service! Highly recommend this.
Great sling. Great quality. Very comfortable. Holds rifle nicely to the chest and is easily released to firing position. Spend a little extra money. It is worth it!!!! You will not need another sling!! Was at my doorstep in a couple of days.
