Easy to install MOLLE Tourniquet Holder
This MOLLE Tourniquet Holder can easily be mounted where 3 vertical MOLLE fields are available. The molded plastic base allows for this device to slide between each field while the military elastic bands expanding outside of these spaces. The Tourniquet NOW!™ can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!™ - MEDIUM or on either side of the Admin Pouch. It also works on war belts to plate carriers and chest rigs.

The elastic loops of the TNS holds a SOF-T and C-A-T Tourniquet. This tourniquet holder can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs.

quick access of TQ
This item is vital for quick access of TQ. I know a lot of people use rubber bands but I got sick of replacing them due to the rubber bands drying out and breaking.

Much lower profile and quicker to deploy
Great pouch. Much lower profile and quicker to deploy then standard tourniquet pouch and wont constantly need replacing like rubber bands. I have one on all my different pieces of kit

Perfect for the CAT
Perfect for the CAT. I ordered one for all five of my guys. They hold up well and won't snap like rubber bands. If only it could be mount horizontal or vertical.

Love this TQ holder
Love this TQ holder. I too have it on my kit, thigh rig and one on my flight vest. I plan on putting a holder on a couple rifles which another reviewer suggested.
