The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, C-A-T, and other similar sized tourniquets.
Easy to install MOLLE Tourniquet Holder
This MOLLE Tourniquet Holder can easily be mounted where 3 vertical MOLLE fields are available. The molded plastic base allows for this device to slide between each field while the military elastic bands expanding outside of these spaces. The Tourniquet NOW!™ can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!™ - MEDIUM or on either side of the Admin Pouch. It also works on war belts to plate carriers and chest rigs.
Securely Holds a SOF-T and C-A-T Tourniquet
The elastic loops of the TNS holds a SOF-T and C-A-T Tourniquet. This tourniquet holder can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs.

There is also this tourniquet pouch that mounts directly to a belt (Tourniquet NOW!™ Pouch). The TN Pouch holder uses a Velcro® Brand system to hold in place the tourniquet. With a quick pull of the tab, the TQ is easily deployed and available for use.

No brainer!
An amazingly simple, yet absolutely great item that should be standard gear for anyone that uses pouches, backpacks, and other stuff with MOLLE attachments. My RATs and CATs fit snugly and are attached quickly to my IFAK and backpacks. You cannot pass these up.

Perfect for the CAT
Perfect for the CAT. I ordered one for all five of my guys. They hold up well and won't snap like rubber bands. If only it could be mount horizontal or vertical.

Great product hands down
Great product hands down. I wish this product had been around alot sooner than it was. i have a minimum of 1 on every armor carrier and 1 zip tied to the bustock of every rifle I own. So if i have to ditch eitehr my armor or my rifle in a vehicle rollovr or a helicopter crash i will most likely have 1 TQ on my person with quick access.

Smokes fit
I don't use them for tourniquets, but they work amazing for smoke grenades (and similarly sized items I'd suppose). Smokes fit a little tight which is perfect for their retention.
